7. Premium Features

  • Advanced Emergency Location features

Premium subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify Premium features and pricing with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Handi Homepage are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., uploaded images, music, contacts). By submitting content, you grant us a license to host, display, and use it to provide our services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

10. User-Integrated Content and Feeds

Handi Homepage allows you to integrate third-party feeds and content into your dashboard, including but not limited to the Podcast, Player, Flipboard, News, Gallery, Social Media, and Radio elements. It is your responsibility to obtain the permission of the relevant content creators and rights holders before integrating their feeds and content, or before loading their intellectual property (including but not limited to music files, podcasts, and audiobooks) into your homepage.

By using these features, you agree to indemnify and hold Handi Homepage harmless from any and all liability arising out of any claim of copyright infringement or other intellectual property violation relating to the feeds and content you integrate. This indemnity applies in perpetuity.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Handi Homepage is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handi Homepage and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
